When to Upgrade

Signs You Need to Upgrade

From Free to Basic:

  • ✅ You're consistently hitting the 10 task limit

  • ✅ You need more than 10 automations per month

  • ✅ You want extended task history (90 days)

  • ✅ You need priority email support

From Basic to Pro:

  • ✅ You're hitting the 50 task limit regularly

  • ✅ You want unlimited automation

  • ✅ You need auto-bump (scheduled bumping)

  • ✅ You need auto-like (scheduled liking)

  • ✅ You want 1-year task history

  • ✅ You want early access to new features


How to Upgrade

Step 1: Visit Upgrade Page

  1. Click Upgrade Plan in sidebar

  2. Or click banner when approaching limit

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

  1. Review plan options:

    • Basic: $4.99/month or $3.99/month (annual)

    • Pro: $9.99/month or $7.99/month (annual)

  2. Select billing period:

    • Monthly: Pay month-to-month

    • Yearly: Save 20%

Step 3: Enter Payment Details

  1. Click Subscribe on chosen plan

  2. Enter payment information

  3. Review total and billing date

  4. Click Confirm Subscription

Step 4: Confirmation

  • ✅ Instant access to new features

  • ✅ Updated task limits immediately

  • ✅ Confirmation email sent

  • ✅ Receipt for payment


Upgrade Options

Monthly to Annual

Switch from monthly to annual billing:

  1. Go to dashboard.resellify.com

  2. Click Billing

  3. Click Switch to Annual

  4. Save 20% on your subscription

Basic to Pro

Upgrade mid-cycle:

  1. Go to Upgrade Plan

  2. Select Pro plan

  3. Pay prorated amount for current period

  4. Full Pro access immediately

  5. New billing cycle starts

Proration Example:

  • Current: Basic $4.99/month

  • Used: 15 days

  • Upgrade: Pro $9.99/month

  • Credit: $2.50 for unused Basic days

  • Charge: $9.99 - $2.50 = $7.49 for remaining 15 days


What Happens After Upgrade

Immediate Changes

Task Limits:

  • Free → Basic: 10 → 50 tasks/month

  • Free → Pro: 10 → Unlimited

  • Basic → Pro: 50 → Unlimited

New Features:

  • Pro subscribers get instant access to:

    • Auto-Bump

    • Auto-Like

    • Unlimited tasks

Task History:

  • Free: 30 days retained

  • Basic: 90 days retained

  • Pro: 1 year retained

Billing Cycle

New Subscription:

  • First charge: Today

  • Billing cycle: Today → Same day next month

  • Renewal: Automatic unless cancelled

Mid-Cycle Upgrade:

  • Prorated charge for remainder of current period

  • New plan features available immediately

  • Next billing: Full new plan price


Downgrading Plans

Basic or Pro to Free

What Happens:

  • Downgrade at end of billing period

  • Keep paid features until then

  • Lose access to Pro-only features

  • Task limit returns to 10/month

How to Downgrade:

  1. Go to Billing

  2. Click Cancel Subscription

  3. Confirm cancellation

  4. Access continues until period ends

  5. Auto-downgrade to Free plan

Pro to Basic

What Happens:

  • Lose Pro-only features (Auto-Bump, Auto-Like)

  • Task limit changes to 50/month

  • Keep other Basic features

  • Refund prorated amount (if annual)

How to Downgrade:

  1. Request downgrade to Basic

  2. Changes take effect next billing cycle

Managing Payment Methods

  1. Go to Billing

  2. Click Update Payment Method

  3. Enter new card details

  4. Save changes

Payment Failed

If your payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification

  2. We'll retry payment 3 times

  3. Update payment method to avoid service interruption

  4. Contact support if issue persists

Billing Questions

For billing inquiries:

  • Include: Account email and issue description

  • Response: Within 24 hours

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade mid-month?

Yes! You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period, and get immediate access to new features.

Will I lose my task history if I upgrade?

No, your task history is preserved and you'll actually get access to MORE history with higher tiers.

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?

Yes! Switch anytime in your billing settings. The change takes effect at your next billing date.

What if I upgrade then want to downgrade?

You can downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do I get a refund if I downgrade?

For monthly plans, no refunds as you keep access until period ends. For annual plans, prorated refunds may be available - contact support.

Can I upgrade just for one month?

Yes, upgrade to monthly billing. You can cancel before renewal to return to Free plan.
