## Frequently Asked Questions

### Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

### What happens if I exceed my task limit?

On Free and Basic plans, you won't be able to run more tasks until your quota resets on the 1st of the month, or you can upgrade to a higher plan.

### Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.

### What happens when I cancel?

You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll be downgraded to the Free plan.

### Can I pause my subscription?

Not currently, but you can cancel and resubscribe later. Your task history will be preserved based on your plan's retention period.

### Do unused tasks roll over?

No, task quotas reset on the 1st of each month. Unused tasks don't carry over to the next month.
