# Listing Management

Listing management is at the core of Resellify. Keep your products visible with automated bumping and relisting.

## Bump Items

### What is Bumping?

Bumping refreshes your listings, moving them to the top of search results on Depop. This increases visibility and the likelihood of sales.

### How to Use Bump Items

1. Navigate to [depop.com](https://www.depop.com)
2. Open the Resellify menu
3. Click **Listings → Bump Items**
4. Configure your settings

#### Settings

| Setting             | Description                 | Options                                          |
| ------------------- | --------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Select Products** | Choose which items to bump  | Select specific items or leave empty to bump all |
| **Maintain Order**  | Keep items in current order | On/Off (default: On)                             |

### Step-by-Step Guide

1. **Select Products** (Optional) - Choose specific items to bump, or leave empty to bump all your listings
2. **Maintain Order** - Toggle on to keep your items in their current order after bumping
3. **Start Task** - Click "Start Task" and Resellify will bump your items!

**Note:** Resellify automatically uses safe delays between actions to mimic human behavior and avoid detection.

### Tips for Bumping

**Pro Tip:** Bump your items 2-3 times per day for maximum visibility without overdoing it.

* ⏰ **Best Times:** Morning (8-10am), Lunch (12-2pm), Evening (6-8pm)
* 📊 **Track Tasks:** Monitor your task success rate in the dashboard
* 🔄 **Rotate Items:** Select different items to bump over time
* 💡 **Consistent Schedule:** Bump regularly for best results

### Limitations

**Free Plan:** Counts as 1 task run\
**Basic Plan:** Counts as 1 task run\
**Pro Plan:** Unlimited

## Relist Items

### What is Relisting?

Relisting deletes and recreates your listings, resetting their age and making them appear brand new to Depop's algorithm.

**Note:** Relisting deletes and recreates your listings. This resets the listing age but also removes likes and view counts. Use strategically for older listings.

### When to Relist

Relist items that:

* ✅ Have been listed for 30+ days
* ✅ Haven't sold despite regular bumping
* ✅ Need a fresh start in Depop's algorithm
* ❌ Don't relist items with active offers or conversations

### How to Use Relist Items

1. Open Resellify menu on Depop
2. Click **Listings → Relist Items**
3. Select items to relist
4. Configure settings

#### Settings

| **Select Products** | Choose which listings to relist | Yes - Must select at least 1 |

**Important:** You must select specific items to relist. Resellify will backup all listing data (photos, description, price) before deleting and recreating them.

### Relisting Process

The relist process:

1. **Backup:** Resellify saves your listing data (photos, description, price)
2. **Delete:** The old listing is deleted
3. **Recreate:** A new listing is created with the same data
4. **Verify:** Resellify confirms the listing was recreated successfully

**Safety Feature:** All listing data is backed up before deletion. If something goes wrong, contact support to restore your data.

### Tips for Relisting

* 📅 **Timing:** Relist during peak browsing hours
* 🎯 **Strategic:** Focus on items that aren't performing
* 💾 **Backup:** Take screenshots of important listings before relisting
* ⏱️ **Patience:** Wait at least 24 hours between relisting the same item

## Auto Bump (Pro)

### What is Auto Bump?

Auto Bump automatically bumps your listings on a schedule, so you never have to manually trigger bumps again.

### How to Use Auto Bump

1. Open Resellify menu
2. Click **Listings → Auto Bump**
3. Configure your schedule

#### Auto Bump Settings

| Setting             | Description            | Available Options                      |
| ------------------- | ---------------------- | -------------------------------------- |
| **Interval**        | How often to auto-bump | 1h, 3h, 6h, 12h, or 24h                |
| **Select Products** | Which items to bump    | Select specific or leave empty for all |
| **Maintain Order**  | Keep item order        | On/Off                                 |

**Default Interval:** 1 hour. You can adjust this in your extension settings.

### Schedule Examples

**Conservative (Recommended):**

* 📅 **Frequency:** Every 12 hours
* 🕐 **Example:** 9am and 9pm
* 📦 **Items:** All or selected items
* ⚠️ **Risk:** Low

**Moderate:**

* 📅 **Frequency:** Every 6 hours
* 🕐 **Example:** 6am, 12pm, 6pm, 12am
* 📦 **Items:** All or selected items
* ⚠️ **Risk:** Moderate

**Aggressive (Use with Caution):**

* 📅 **Frequency:** Every 1-3 hours
* 📦 **Items:** All items
* ⚠️ **Risk:** Higher chance of detection

**Important:** More frequent bumping increases visibility but also increases risk of rate limiting. Start conservative and monitor your account health.

### Managing Auto Bump

* **Pause:** Temporarily stop auto-bumping
* **Edit:** Modify your schedule anytime
* **History:** View all auto-bump runs in your dashboard
* **Disable:** Turn off auto-bump completely

**Important:** Monitor your auto-bump activity regularly. If you notice any issues with your Depop account, pause auto-bumping immediately.

## Task History

View all your listing management tasks in the dashboard:

1. Go to [dashboard.resellify.com](https://dashboard.resellify.com)
2. Click **Usage → Task History**
3. Filter by task type, date, or status

You'll see:

* ✅ Successful tasks
* ❌ Failed tasks
* ⏱️ Task duration
* 📊 Items processed

## Troubleshooting

### Bump Not Working

**Problem:** Bump task fails or doesn't complete

**Solutions:**

1. Refresh the Depop page
2. Ensure you're logged in to Depop
3. Check that you have items to bump
4. Try increasing the delay setting
5. Clear browser cache and cookies

### Relist Failing

**Problem:** Items aren't being relisted

**Solutions:**

1. Verify you have permission to delete/create listings
2. Check your Depop account status
3. Ensure items exist and aren't already deleted
4. Try relisting one item at a time
5. Contact support if data wasn't preserved

### Auto Bump Not Triggering

**Problem:** Auto bump isn't running on schedule

**Solutions:**

1. Verify your Pro subscription is active
2. Check that auto-bump is enabled
3. Ensure your computer/browser is online at scheduled times
4. Review your schedule settings
5. Check for error notifications
